Snagging Overseas is proud to offer pre and post completion property completion services in 5 countries. Since the company began in Portugal’s The Algarve in 2005 Snagging Overseas hs grown to offer snagging inspections for new build properties in Spain, Cape Verde, Turkey and Dubai.

The Republic of Cape Verde

We offer snagging and cleaning services in the Cape Verde Islands. We also offer a furniture inventory service for the owners on Vila Verde Resort Santa Mariam on Sal Island.

Portugal

As Portugal is very much our”back yard” we offer a complete suite of property services. In 2011 we began offering a full property management service after so many of our clients requested we remain engaged with them. We also offer recommendations on car hire, furniture packs, insurance and can even assist with opening bank accounts and connecting utilities!

Dubai

The boom in Dubai may have droppd a little but there are still any properties that are being finalised. Snagging Overseas offers a full snag list service to all owners of Dubai propety. We carry out snagging for Dubai property from our office in downtown Burj and will be happy to answer any questions Dubai property owners may have. We also offer cleaning and furniture packs.

Spain

From our offices on the Costa del Sol Snagging Overseas can offer a full property snagging service plus cleaning for any development in the Costa del Sol, Costa Calida or Costa Blanca.

Turkey

In Tukey there has been more of a lull than we had expected but we offer snagging and cleaning services for people who hae property to snag in Bodrum, Altinkam, Didum and many other of the resort towns along the coast to Izmir. Contact us for details.
